How long does your artwork take to complete?
It Depends on how many orders I have in the queue. However, The Artwork itself takes approximately 3 to 4 days. Then if you choose to get delivered to your address a further 3 business days to arrive.
Can two images or more be combined together?
I frequently get asked if I can put two separate photos together and place them in the same art piece, the answer is yes. I am happy to combine 2 or 3 photos into one drawing.
What frame size do you offer?
We offer 2 different sizes, 43x33 cm for A4 paper and 54x43cm for A3 paper. However, sizes are approximate
I need to design / change facial features, emotions or posture of a person. Can you help with this?
I draw one to one with the finished photograph (exactly the same as in the photo) I do not come up with a design and can't change a person's appearance
I need to make other changes from the photo. (not posture, facial expression, etc.) Is it possible?
Many clients ask me to make the eyes bigger or change the lips, and nose, or even draw different hairstyles. This reduces the percentage of similarity between the original image and the drawing that I will draw. However, you can contact me first to discuss these options first before placing an order.
What if I want something completely different?

What techniques do you use to complete the order?
My drawing is completely 100% hand-made, I don't use any digital techniques for example photoshop or any other editing software.
Can I ask for a revision
We don't accept revisions, all my works are identical to the original image, usually, the matching ratio is, between 75% to 95% depending on the quality image that you sent to us if less than that, we can re-draw the photo again.
Is my private information protected?
Yes, it is. All the information gathered through our secure server is used solely to process your order. We will never save, sell or share your private information with any 3rd party.
Can I buy a Gift Card?
You can type in the order notes that you want to add a text or handwriting and we will print or write it on a blank paper (Letter) for free.
